DataPath: Defy boundaries. Communicate anywhere.

Ethics
 Dear Visitors:
At DataPath, our ethical standards are integral to how we do business and are the only acceptable way to achieve our objectives. Our culture is founded on our DKIT values of dedication, knowledge, integrity and teamwork.

Integrity is the key to building productive relationships with our customers, suppliers and business partners. Because our actions and words must consistently reflect ethical standards that earn their trust and respect, our conduct must not only be of the highest integrity, it must also appear to be so. I urge all employees to take responsibility for doing what is right – a higher standard than merely doing what is legal.

With that in mind, we operate according to the DataPath Code of Business Ethics and Conduct . It embodies our commitment to our DKIT values, and makes it clear to everyone that how we achieve our goals matters as much as achieving them. The Code is essential to the success of DataPath, and everyone associated with our company.

Further, while laws and regulations place restrictions on our actions and those of government personnel, we will be vigilant in conducting our government business in a manner that is above reproach. Avoiding conflicts of interest – or the appearance of a conflict – is fundamental to our government-contractor relationships. The expenditure of public funds requires the highest degree of public trust and we will manage these transactions in a manner that would make us proud to make a full public disclosure of our actions.

I ask that everyone with whom we do business adhere to these ethical standards. Likewise, I count on our employees to help ensure DataPath’s continued success by representing our company with integrity.

Sincerely,

Thomas B. Dyer
Chairman of the Board,
President and Chief Executive Officer
